 | Detroit's Adamson Suspended 6 Games Tuesday, September 25th, 2029: Tigers second baseman Corey Adamson was incensed after being suspended for 6 games by the commissioner's office following a heated argument the day before in the Detroit-Chicago (A) game at Veeck Field. He was thrown out of the game for arguing a strike call. The league office cited Adamson for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct," which included throwing his hat at the umpire several times. This season Adamson has hit at a .284 clip and produced 68 RBI, 27 home runs and 85 runs. |
