Friday, May 27th, 2016: Cosmos reliever Taro Hayashi did not feel well today and might be out even longer with an illness. Sources close to the team say that Hayashi could miss 4 days because of kidney stones.
This season Hayashi has claimed no saves and registered a 0-0 record with a 3.00 ERA. He has 10 relief appearances spanning 9 innings and has struck out 8. |

Friday, May 27th, 2016: Opting to stay with what he knows, Eric Ervin signed an extension with the Angels earlier today that will keep the 28-year-old in a San Antonio uniform for at least 6 years longer.
Ervin is poised to earn $7,583,333 per year and is loved by diehards for his loyalty to the organization.
